Cortijo
La Zorra stands in its own 7 hectares of almond and olive trees and
nestles in the hills beneath the Sierra del Viento (Mountain of the
Wind). Close by are the picturesque towns of Velez Rubio with its
colourful market and Velez Blanco with its Moorish fort and
breath-taking views of the mountain and national park.

A
short distance away is the coastal resort of Aquilas. Sandy beaches
stretch from here to old Mojacar, a typical unspoilt Andalucian town
of great charm perched on a hill overlooking the sea. Vera Playa,
one of the largest naturist beaches of Spain is also reached within
40 minutes.

Cortijo La Zorra is off the beaten track, yet only 3
kilometres from the Autovía, giving easy access to Alicante, Murcia
and Almeria airport and all the mayor cities of Spain, including
Granada which is less than two hours away, with its famous Alhambra
Palace and the superb skiing in the nearby Sierra Nevada.

Cortijo
La Zorra, a 250 year old cottage, lies on our terrain of seven
hectares, where also our small scale naturist campsite is situated.
It has its own private pool, situated high on the hill with a very
beautiful view. You can go hiking in the surrounding hills and go
for rides on the mountain bikes or just lay by the pool….

Peace
and quietness are guaranteed. In the spring all the wild flowers are
amazing. Birdwatchers
can expect to see all manner of native birds in the area, including
the magnificent Golden Eagle, Golden Orioles, Rollers and Bee Eaters
to name a few.

| Cortijo
La Zorra is a self containing cottage. It lies a little bit higher
on the mountain than the cottage that we live in. |
|
|
|
|
|
The
Cortijo has one double bedroom and two bedrooms with two single
beds. The kitchen is comfortably furnished and has a water heater, a
microwave, a cooker, a washing machine and fridge. There is also a
Senseo-coffeemaker. |

|
|
The
large private terrace has a magnificent view over the
mountain. The pool lies a little bit higher on the mountain
and also from here you can enjoy the surrounding nature.

|
|
Next
to the kitchen is the large bathroom with shower and toilet. There
is a well-appointed kitchen with all necessary equipment and
facilities. There is an open fireplace in the living area that is
serviced when necessary.

|
|
The living has a television with
satellite-receiver, a stereo and DVD-player. All linen and towels
are provided.
The
